Gymnastics

In our P.E sessions this half term we are doing gymnastics. We have been exploring different ways of jumping and and landing safely; from the floor and a variety of apparatus, with neatness and control. We had to think about bending our knees, using our arms to gain height and keeping our eyes forwards. We have also been having lots of fun different balances and positions inlcuding; tuck, back support, dish and front support.
